Learn about the process of grief and how to help others process grief at the High Country Hospice Grief Forum. We will be showing The Gifts of Grief, a documentary by Nancee Sobonya that explores people from different walks of life with different loss experiences. The video will highlight the need for individuals to embrace their pain and show that grief is something we all must face. A time for questions and an open discussion with the High Country Hospice professional staff about moving through grief will follow the film.
